Weronika Schultz is the Director of Food Hygiene Compliance Ltd and an Active Environmental Health Officer (EHO) and Food Safety Inspector working with several UK local authorities. With over 17 years of cross‑sector regulatory experience, Weronika specialises in food hygiene enforcement, corporate health and safety management, and environmental protection.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Health and a Postgraduate Certificate in Nuclear Safety from the University of Central Lancashire, and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. Her career includes roles across nuclear facilities, government agencies, and local authorities, delivering audits, enforcement, and corporate safety improvements.
