These Terms and Conditions govern all consultancy and auditing services provided by Food Hygiene Compliance Ltd (“the Company”). By engaging any of our services, the Client accepts these Terms in full.

Confidentiality and Use

This report, and all supporting documentation, has been prepared solely for the Client named within.It contains proprietary information belonging to Food Hygiene Compliance Ltd and must not be reproduced, distributed, or shared with third parties without prior written consent.

Scope of Assessment

Findings and recommendations are based on observations collected at the time of the site assessment.
They reflect the conditions, practices, and documentation present on that date. Regulatory or operational changes made thereafter are outside the scope of this report.

Advisory Nature

All advice and recommendations represent professional opinion and do not substitute statutory inspections performed by local authorities or enforcement officers.
The Client is responsible for implementing any corrective actions suggested to maintain compliance.

Liability Statement

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information contained within this report:

• Food Hygiene Compliance Ltd accepts no liability      for losses arising from the Client’s failure      to act on recommendations or regulatory requirements.
• The      Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total fee paid for the      service.
